All our award-winning sausages are handmade at the shop using the finest cuts from the shoulder of our free range Sussex pork.
All our beef is sourced from local herds that are bred for eating and not from dairy herds. Our common breeds include:
Sussex, Red Polls, Lincoln Reds & Aberdeen Angus.
Free to roam the fields of Sussex and Kent chewing the grassy pasture produces a deep, unrivalled flavour. Carefully aged on the bone for a minimum of 28-days and then expertly butchered our beef will simply melt-in-the-mouth.
