Our slow growing free range bronze turkeys are free to roam around their farms in the Sussex countryside. Fed on a natural diet free from antibiotics and additives, our turkeys are hung on the feather for at least 12 days and dry plucked producing a beautiful, deep flavoured bird. Our free range bronze turkeys are available in 1kg weight categories starting with a 5kg bird up to an 11kg bird. If you would like anything special done to your bird - boned and rolled or crowned with the legs boned out - just let us know in the Meat Notes section at the checkout.
